Introduction: Machines are equipment that increases productivity and efficiency in a workplace. Machine Reliability, Integrity, Availability the most critical factors to ensure machinery safety Methods: Throughout this study, series of reviews previous literature described relation elements reliability, integrity availability. This study examines methods used investigate levels each element as well results performing analysis. Each review is chosen from aspect feature can be interpreted research study. A scientific model utilizes an improved Bottom-up Approach proposed further improve worker's enhance industry. Results: Research shows have positive negative change towards level more substantial approach needed strengthen issue. The combines effort employee various management organization team. validated using Bias- Variance Trade off method analyses 27MW power plant with selection management. Conclusion: Model validation proves effective increase availability methodology provided will help team avert mechanical accidents occurring at initial stage.
